Grapes reception
The grapes are offloaded on a sorting table to ensure that only the ripest, healthiest ones are used.
A second manual sorting is done downstream from the de-stemmer to eliminate any remaining vegetable matter previously overlooked and before transfer to the stainless steel vats or pneumatic press.
