The 88.6 acres of the estate are planted at a density of 2,650 plants per acre with the traditional varieties of the Pessac-Leognan appellation :
- 20.2 acres of Sauvignon blanc,
- 4.9 acres of Semillon blanc,
- 28.9 acres of Cabernet-Sauvignon,
- 3.2 acres of Cabernet-Franc,
- 31.4 acres of Merlot.
Average age of the vines is 21 years for the red, and 19 years for the white vines .
