Cultivation

The adaptation of the wines to the soil and their cultivation are constantly guided by the knowledgeable study of the pedologic and climatic characteristics of the "terroir".

Tillage and pruning as well as green harvesting operations, intended to lower yields and encourage ripening, are aimed at the achievement of perfect sanitary state and maturity of the crop which are paramount to the grapes gustative qualities.

Regular analytic, visual and gustative testing of samples at all stage of cultivation and wine-making provides the necessary feed-back information.
